Terms of Service

By signing in and using this Kitchen Display System (“the Service”) you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service reads your orders from Square and displays them on a kitchen screen so your staff can manage preparation. It is a display and workflow tool — it does not process payments or replace your point-of-sale system.

Your account

You are responsible for the Square account you connect and for the staff you allow to use the screen. Keep your sign-in secure. You must have the right to connect the business you sign in with.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to access other businesses’ data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for behaviour that threatens the Service or other users.

Payments

All payments and refunds are handled by Square under your agreement with Square. The Service never handles card details and is not responsible for payment processing.

Availability & “as is”

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it on an “as is” basis without warranties. It may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to issues outside our control (including Square outages).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost orders, revenue, or data arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms and the Service over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
