This Kitchen Display System (“the Service”) shows a restaurant’s orders on a kitchen screen. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

How we use it

Solely to provide the Service — displaying and managing your orders on your kitchen screen. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your data is isolated to your own account. Other businesses using the Service cannot see your orders, and you cannot see theirs. Access is restricted to your signed-in staff.

Where it’s stored

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting). Payments are handled entirely by Square — we never see or store card details.

Retention & deletion

Orders are retained to power history and reporting. You can disconnect at any time by revoking access in your Square account, and you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
